We provide consulting and analysis services in the area of rebuilding and financing start-ups and old companies (up to IPO) as well as national and international (PPP / PFI) projects.
Preparation of due diligence analyzes and feasibility studies for decision-making in new projects. Identification of the company's financial needs and definition of the most important (if necessary) mergers & acquisitions characteristics.
Creation of a marketing strategy (possibly preparation of the necessary marketing material), an investment memorandum and an investment proposal to attract potential (active or passive) investors. (see presentation)
Determination of the optimal financial structures for the investment in a national and international context.
Determination of the best possible corporate form in legal and tax terms and in coordination with the local, national and international environment.
Detailed micro and macro analyzes to determine the environment / market.
Negotiation with local and national governments as well as EU authorities about non-material and material support (e.g. projects of national interest) in order to identify the possibilities of obtaining soft loans, lost grants, export financing / guarantees, tax exemptions (e.g. VAT) and other governmental ones Grants (in the past we achieved investment savings of up to 60% here!).
Identification and implementation of possible tax optimization potentials (e.g. legal form or structure of the company to be founded, see above).
Analysis of the existing "human resources" and their expandability (education: existing schools and universities, age structure of the working population, labor market, possible shortage of skilled workers, etc.).
